Over 12 years across media, marketplace technology, and enterprise SaaS, I've led teams from concept through to shipped product — building design systems, shaping strategy at board level, and cultivating cultures where great work happens at scale. From redesigning SuperCoach for News Corp to leading product design at Marketplacer, I've worked on products that reach millions.
Right now I'm deeply focused on how AI is reshaping digital product design — not as a novelty, but as a fundamental shift in how we build, research, and deliver experiences.
